If you do not get your package 2 days after the expected arrival date, please let us know and we will file a trace with Canada Post.

Once a trace is filed, Canada Post will begin an investigation (this can take up to 5 business days to complete).

  1. If Canada Post can locate the package, they will ship it to you and you’ll get it a few days there after.
  2. If it’s deemed “unrecoverable” or lost in transit, we will step in and send you a one-time replacement package up to $350 of the value of your package free of charge. This will be marked on your account for future orders.

We have branded our strains, each package contains your product in a self-standing resealable zip lock water proof lined paper craft bag. (varying sizes) Our branding is labeled on the front. The back label includes the strain or product name, the amount (3.5 grams, 7 grams, 14 grams, or 28 grams ) and also the THC/CBD content.  This packaging is then placed in additional packaging to add discretion to our packaging. Although it is completely legal for patients to use cannabis some still wish to only let the ones they wish to know actually know, thus we respect this aspect and cover the additional fees to have this added privacy for our customers.

Price and speed. Not only can we process payments faster we have the ability to reduce costs. Some banks differ on the e-transfer payment price but most range from $0.50 -$1.50. Some purchases on this site could range from $35-$9000 depending on how much you order.

Most credit card processing companies charge 2.9% thus on orders that are  $35 would make sense to use Credit card processing but for the higher end, medicinal products in larger quantities it makes no sense. Our economical choice is to accept payments that benefit our customer’s wallets.

Once you have completed your order you will receive an email prompting you to send an e-transfer to our payment department. Included in this email are your Order number, key password, amount owing and order details/shipping address. Open your banking app or website select e-transfer and Simply Input

A password is automatically generated for your account, If you make this mistake and make your own password you must either decline your e-transfer and send the proper order number with correct password (this password is sent in the order received email to your account email ) or send us the new password you have created. This will result in a delay in processing but the issue will get resolved, once an order comes in we process very quickly so if we cannot process after 3 attempts you will be emailed with password request or request to decline and resend with proper password.

Our system to order is basic, Find a product you wish to buy add to cart, and when you have picked all the products you wish to purchase check out. Provide your Shipping information and confirm the order.

You will then receive an email with your order number and security code to place in e-transfer. Once your payment has been processed your order will be packed and shipped the same day or following day depending on what time the order was placed.

There seems to be a high theft rate for packages being sent to these specific regions we cannot offer a delivery guarantee. Orders to these regions are at customers own risk.

No. We strictly only make sales and delivery via Online and through Canada post. Ganja Tribe Brick and Mortar Dispensaries may come in the future when the laws are more solidified for retail locations. At this point in time, we only serve patients online legally.

As long as you are  Age of 19+ and you live in Canada then you are able  to purchase marijuana through our site. There are absolutely no exceptions to this rule. Depending on how laws are drafted in the near future we will abide by these laws possibly requiring more information upon sign up and current customers.
